The strange wall is found in the Meiyerditch Laboratories. The wall is sealed with rocks that require level 78 Mining and a pickaxe to clear. Once cleared, the wall completes access to a series of advanced level caves that are Agility shortcuts, which allow for quicker access between the tunnel underneath The Hollows and the Morytania Blood Altar. The caves require an Agility level of 93 to enter. Both levels are able to be boosted.
