Ancient Strength is a prayer from the Ruinous Powers prayer book, unlocked at level 61 Prayer. It can be used by selecting the Ruinous Powers relic in Trailblazer Reloaded League.

Ancient Strength gives a temporary 20% boost to a player's Attack and Strength. This makes it a slightly inferior version of Piety, having no boost to Defence and 3% less Strength.

The prayer was originally available to use on a beta world as part of the DT2 Rewards Beta after having passed the relevant consultation poll, where players could playtest it in various content before a second poll was brought forward to ask players whether they'd like the prayers to be implemented in the live game as a reward from completing the quest Desert Treasure II - The Fallen Empire.

Trivia

• Ancient Strength was originally proposed to give only a +20% boost to Strength, while another prayer, Ancient Precision (with the unused icon as ), would give only a +20% boost to Attack. Ancient Precision was merged with Ancient Strength after having passed the relevant consultation poll.
