Buoy is Larry's son and was involved in the 2021 Christmas event. The player must assist Buoy and his sister Gurl building their snowman.

Buoy asks you to help make a snowman of Tempoross.

Buoy disagrees quite a bit with his sister, however at the end of the 2021 Christmas event, the siblings are happily enjoying the festival that you helped the people of Falador set up.

If you own the Snowman ring (obtained by doing the 2021 Christmas event or any subsequent Christmas event), then you can use it to morph into Buoy's Tempoross ('Tempy') snowman.
