The Cat Shrine is a statue found in Shayzien, upstairs in a house north of the Shayzien Administration.
Examining the shrine reveals that the statue is one of Shay. This is reference to Mod Reach's beloved cat, Shay, for whom the city of Shayzien was named after.[1]
