Dhalak the Mage can be found:

• Upstairs in the Edgeville Monastery, near the altar.
• On the 1^st floor^[UK]2^nd floor^[US] of the Falador Party Room.
• On the ground floor^[UK]1^st floor^[US] of the Wizards' Tower near the bookshelves.

He will give you a Ghostly hood and ask you to look for Viggora the Warrior.

If you have level 99 Magic, your character will say "Well, I don't mean to brag, but I guess I am with my level 99 magic..." after he asks if you are a mighty sorcerer.

Dhalak seems to wear Fremennik robes.

After being told by Lennissa about the Staff of Armadyl, instead of telling Saradomin, he cast a spell of concealment on the godstaff so that Zamorak could sneak up on, and attack, Zaros.
