Elves are citizens of Lletya and Prifddinas that can be talked to as well as pickpocketed from with level 85 Thieving. A player can only access the Lletya elves after starting Mourning's End Part I and the Prifddinas elves after completing Song of the Elves.

Pickpocketing an Elf is a task for the elite Western Provinces Diary.

Pickpocket chance

The chance of a successful pickpocket without boosts is 33.94% at level 85 and 39.2% at level 99. This increases by 10% if the Thieving cape is worn and by another 10% with the completion of the hard Ardougne Diary, making the highest possible success rate 47.4%. A successful pickpocket yields coins or other items and 353.3 Thieving experience. Wearing the Rogues outfit will yield double loot.

Each successful pickpocket of Elves in Prifddinas is worth: 2,147.24, or 4,294.49 with the full rogue's outfit on top of the crystal shards.

Trivia

• All of the pickpocketable elves of Prifddinas are named after elves from J.R.R. Tolkien's legendarium.
• A certain line of dialogue for the Prifddinas elves prompts the player to say "That still only counts as one!" a likely reference to Gimli in The Return of the King.
