The eye decoration is the symbol of the Order of Wizards. It can be found on the outside wall of the Wizards' Tower and on the 1st floor[UK]2nd floor[US] of Zeke's Superior Scimitars in Al Kharid. Another can be found atop the portal leading to the Temple of the Eye from the Wizards' Tower.
