The fairy mushroom is an item obtained in the Trailblazer League upon unlocking the Fairy's Flight relic. As the relic gives the player the item, it must be unlocked in a bank.

The fairy mushroom allows players to remotely access fairy rings and spirit trees. However, players cannot teleport to a destination in which the region it is located in has not been unlocked.

The fairy mushroom is destroyed upon death. If players lose the mushroom, they can reclaim it from the Leagues Tutor in Lumbridge.
