Burnt pages are a possible reward from the Reward Cart upon subduing the Wintertodt. They are used to charge the tome of fire, which gives it additional effects.

Each burnt page adds 20 charges to the tome, and one charge is consumed when an elemental fire spell is cast with the tome equipped. Players may remove the pages from the tome should they wish to do so.

Empty tomes of fire can be traded in for 250 burnt pages by speaking to Ignisia, while pieces of the Pyromancer outfit give 50 pages per pieces (with 250 pages being given if exchanging a full set). The bruma torch and warm gloves will also give 50 burnt pages each when exchanged with Ignisia.
