The fishing pass is a quest item used only in Fishing Contest. It is obtained from Austri or Vestri upon starting the quest.

It is shown to Morris to enter the competition area each time.

If lost, the dwarves can replace it with another. More fishing passes cannot be acquired after completing the quest. It is not needed to enter the competition area after talking to Aggie about white dyes during the Land of the Goblins quest.
