The Harmony Island windmill is a windmill located in the south-west corner of Harmony Island. The windmill can be used to grind grain into flour. There is a wheat field located north-east of the windmill.
During The Great Brain Robbery, Dr Fenkenstrain moves from Fenkenstrain's Castle to the basement of the Harmony Island windmill.
On the ground floor[UK]1st floor[US] of the mill there is a flour bin into which all the milled flour is poured. On the 2nd floor[UK]3rd floor[US] there is the hopper into which grain is put and the hopper controls which control the flow of the grain from the hopper to the millstones. To mill flour, a player will need grain and an empty pot to collect the flour.
Unlike other windmills, the Harmony Island mill cannot grind sweetcorn into a pot of cornflour, and will instead state that the mill is "not built well enough to be used for anything but flour". Additionally, the Harmony Island mill's flour bin does not share its capacity with the flour bins of all the other windmills, which are otherwise linked.
