High Priestess Zul-Harcinqa is the leader of Zul-Andra. She is the person who decides who is sacrificed to Zulrah. Speaking to her is required to fight Zulrah for the first time. She will explain to the player the history of her tribe, and how Zulrah came to be worshipped by them.
Her mother is the founder of the tribe, and sacrificed Rentos, her son, to Zulrah in order to create the agreement between Zulrah and her people.
If the player defeats Zulrah and mentions it to Zul-Harcinqa, she will not believe the player, and tells them to return to the shrine to offer themselves to Zulrah before it grows impatient.
