The holiday tool is a special spawner tool distributed by Jagex Moderators to certain players of the Old School RuneScape community.

During the reintroduction of free-to-play, it was given out to certain clan leaders, livestreamers and players focusing on hosting free to play events in order to spawn free to play starter packs. It could only spawn around ten starter packs twenty times per day.

During holiday events, Jagex Moderators or players who own the tool may use it to spawn tradeable holiday items during livestream events. It could only spawn a set amount of items twenty times per day, but Jagex Moderators can reset this by typing in ::setvar event_dailydistribution 0 in the chatbox.
