"Monkey Madness helper" was the internal name used for an unobtainable item added with Monkey Madness I. Presumably, it was used by Jagex moderators to test the quest during development, but was accidentally added to the live game. Aside from this, nothing else is known about the item.
By January 2005, the item and its banknote version had been deleted. They were later replaced by Iodine and Shrine respectively.
