Justiciar Aliya

Justiciar Aliya was a Saradominist Justiciar, known as the Justiciar of the Lion, leader of a group of skilled mages. The most powerful mage of the Justiciars, she was said to be able to wipe out an entire army of demons with a single spell.

During the God Wars, after having secured the Stone of Jas from Zamorak, Saradomin hid the Stone on the ocean floor south of Hallowvale and tasked Aliya and Zachariah, the Justiciar of the Owl, to protect it. The Stone would be known by Saradominists as the "Eye of Saradomin", hence the naming of the Temple of the Eye, a sanctuary built to protect it.

Following the Battle for the Eye, which ended with an abyssal rift to the Scar opening, Aliya used the Eye to seal the rift. She then constructed a series of rune guardians known as the Guardians of the Rift to defend the temple from the abyssal creatures should someone open the rift in the future.

According to the Knight of the Lion, a servant to Aliya, she resided in a college in Hallowvale prior to Lowerniel Drakan's invasion of the kingdom.
