Kelp is a plant found growing underwater in the Mogre Camp. Players must speak to Murphy in Port Khazard near the Fishing Trawler minigame to enter.

Kelp leaves can be picked off of the kelp plant, then ground up with a pestle and mortar into ground kelp. This is used to make a raw fishcake in the Freeing Pirate Pete subquest of the Recipe for Disaster quest.

Kelp cannot be cooked to make soda ash.

Kelp grows wild in the Mogre Camp.
