Port Khazard is a port located south of Ardougne and north of Yanille. It is not visited often, except for chartering ships to other locations, and a few other things.

Travel

• Khazard Teleport from the Lunar Spellbook (requires 78 Magic)
• Teleport to Fishing Trawler minigame teleport (requires 15 Fishing)
• Ardougne cloak 1 or better offers teleports to Ardougne Monastery, which is north-west of Port Khazard.
• Captain Shanks, located west of the entrance to the Kharazi Jungle, can ferry players one way for 20-50 coins.
• Tower of Life fairy ring DJP and then run south. Use of fairy rings requires partial completion of Fairytale II - Cure a Queen.

Bank chest

There is a bank chest and deposit box beside the docks. The chest is commonly used by players playing the nearby Fishing Trawler minigame, as well as for the everlasting fire just a few tiles away.

Fishing Trawler minigame

Players can start the Fishing Trawler minigame here. Start it by talking to Murphy. He will also give you the sextant that is used for Treasure Trails.

Fishing Trawler stores

In Port Khazard, there are two general stores. Besides the usual goods, they also sell the equipment that is used during the Fishing Trawler minigame, such as rope, bailing buckets and swamp paste.

Tindel Marchant

Tindel Marchant is a character that can identify any rusty sword you find, for 100 coins each. They might end up being a sword such as a bronze dagger, a mithril sword, or a sword that he will buy.

Charter ship

The charter ships also have a dock in the harbour in Port Khazard. It provides rides to several other locations. After completing Cabin Fever, the charter ship fare is reduced by 50%. Wearing the ring of charos(a) also reduces the fare by 50%. These two bonuses can be stacked to reduce the cost to 25%.

Training spots

• In Port Khazard, there are two houses that have a range for Cooking food.
• There are three anvils in east Port Khazard.
• In both east and south Khazard, there are mining spots. East has two tin and a mithril rock, and south has some iron, tin, and mithril.

Quests

• The Fight Arena quest takes place in the Khazard Fight Arena to the west.
• Pirate Petes' subquest of the Recipe for Disaster quest. Go to Murphy to get your fishbowl made into a diving apparatus.
• The Great Brain Robbery. Talk to Murphy once or twice to get fishbowl helmet and/or diving apparatus if they were lost.
• One Small Favour, where Tindel Marchant, placed on the south-eastern docks, plays a part in the quest. He gives the player the iron oxide.
