Laundry Basket[sic] is a basket full of laundry that may be searched for Tegid's soap during and after Mourning's End Part I.
The basket is located next to Tegid, who is washing his clothes in the nearby Lake Crystalmere. During Eadgar's Ruse, players ask him for his dirty robes, which are stored in the basket. In both quests, Tegid will refuse to offer his items, requiring you to threaten him or steal from him to obtain them.
