Lord Marshal Brogan can be found at the far south-west corner of Feldip Hills, near the entrance to the Myths' Guild.

When spoken to, he will reveal that he is looking for a good place to mobilise his army. This references the Mobilising Armies minigame that would later be released on 8 July 2009, but removed again on 3 December 2018.
