Mervilla is a vampyre and one of the possible senders of a message to the player if they successfully complete the Theatre of Blood. Mervilla is not interested in the Theatre, but thinks her husband Amblor is, and thus she provides the player with supplies to keep her husband busy, so she can read her book in peace.
