Moss Giant Island is a small island located west of Brimhaven, accessed by using a rope swing (Rope not needed), requiring 10 Agility. Occupying the island are five moss giants, with the ability to use safespots against them possible.
There are two slice of cake spawns, which have a respawn time of 45 seconds. Players with 40+ Defence do not need to bring much food because of this resource. Lower-level players should, however, be cautious of the Poison Scorpions near the island.
The island is also a medium clue scroll step location.
