The porcelain cup is an item used during the Ghosts Ahoy quest when making a Cup of tea (Ghost Ahoy) for the Old Crone. In the quest, players use this item with nettle tea and then with a bucket of milk. The milky tea helps the Old Crone remember some aged memories for the player. They can be kept after the quest via use of the Drop trick, and they function identically to a normal teacup.
