A Pressure Barrel can be found on the top floor of the brewing facility on Braindeath Island. It is used during the Rum Deal quest to deposit sluglings in the hopper in order to make 'rum'.
To pressurize sluglings, use the sluglings on the barrel, and then pull the Pressure Lever nearby.
