The Secret entrances are entrances leading to Enakhra's Temple, and can be unlocked during and after the Enakhra's Lament quest. The entrances are hidden from above at first and must be unlocked by exiting through them from the temple. This is done by climbing each ladder located in the side rooms on the bottom floor of the temple, and then the sand pile in the rooms that the ladders lead to.
