The Shield Display is located in the Outpost museum after the completion of the Making History quest. The shield inside the display appears to be a Fremennik shield. Studying the case results in the message: "Inside the case is a giant shield, the plate reads: 'This shield comes from the Fourth age when people were fighting to become more settled and less nomadic'."
