The Shooting Star Noticeboard can be found behind the Observatory assistant in the reception building, which is to the North of the Observatory.
Reading it displays the last five Crashed Stars that have landed on that world, along with the name of the player who was the first to mine it. The amount of stars the player has personally found is tracked here as well.
