A teapot with leaves is an item used to make tea in the kitchen of a player-owned house allowing the player to temporarily boost Construction by up to 3 levels. A player can obtain this item by using a teapot with tea leaves. Requiring a Cooking level of 20, players can use this item on a hot kettle, producing a pot of tea and gaining 52 experience. The contents can then be poured into up to 4 empty clay, porcelain, or trimmed porcelain cups.

Regardless of the teapot used in the tea-making process, the boost only depends on the style of cup used.

Note: Leaving the player-owned house will cause all tea-related items to disappear from the inventory.
