Toppling the Diarchy is an elite combat achievement which requires the player to kill Dagannoth Rex and one other Dagannoth king at the exact same time.

Strategy

The easiest method is to bring another player and attack Dagannoth Rex and a different king on the same tick, causing both to be dealt the killing blow at the same time. To make this even easier, the Voidwaker's special attack is guaranteed to deal at least 50% of the player's normal max hit, meaning using the special attack at the same time as the other player uses it will not leave your final hits up to chance.

For Ironmen and players who wish to complete the task solo, stack Dagannoth Rex and Dagannoth Prime on top of each other and kill them with the dragon crossbow's special attack. Alternatively, black chinchompas thrown at Dagannoth Prime have a similar, but slightly weaker effect. It's recommended to bring both in case the special attack misses. To ensure the best chance of this method working, bring runes for Entangle to keep Rex as close to death as possible, as it can only hit up to 5 damage.

In either case, ensure neither of the two kings move when lowering their hitpoints to 0, as this will cause their death animations to desync and will not grant the achievement.
