The First tracker gnome, known in game as Tracker gnome 1 is a member of the Gnome royal army, sent to obtain the co-ordinates of the Khazard forces headquarters in the Battlefield south of West Ardougne. This tracker can be found behind the largest building of the Khazard stronghold (just across the River Dougne from the Battlefield itself).
