Traxi is one of the station conductors on the Lovakengj Minecart Network that runs beneath Great Kourend. She conducts the western Hosidius station.
She can easily be travelled to via teleporting to Xeric's Glade by using Xeric's talisman or via teleporting to the Woodcutting Guild via the Skills necklace.
