Willow is the shady individual that starts the quest Below Ice Mountain. She is a grave robber that, under the pretence of being an archaeologist, manages to trick the player into recruiting her former partners Checkal, Burntof, and Marley to plunder the ancient ruins she has found on the west side of Ice Mountain.

When the team gains access to the Ruins of Camdozaal, Willow reveals her true nature and threatens to kill the player, but runs away in fear when the Ancient Guardian awakens, causing tremors. The player loots her bag she left behind afterwards for 2,000 coins.

Following the conclusion of the quest, she relocates to Nardah to plan her next heist.
