The clown shoes are an untradeable cosmetic item. They are part of the clown outfit, which can be obtained by completing one of the Halloween holiday events that occur once per year.

If destroyed, a replacement can be obtained from Diango in Draynor Village or from the toy box of a costume room, as part of the 2018: Clown suit set. Ultimate Ironmen will be unable to retrieve individual pieces until the full set is stored.
