Zandar Horfyre is a dark wizard found on the top floor of the Dark Wizards' Tower, west of Falador. The fastest way to get there is to teleport to the Crafting Guild using the Skills necklace, then go north. Alternatively, Watchtower Teleport to Yanille and use the southern portal on the 2^nd floor^[UK]3^rd floor^[US] of the Wizards' Guild, requiring 66 Magic (boostable) to enter, or take the Agility shortcut over the crumbling wall by the west Falador bank and go south-west.

Players need to talk to him during the quest Fairytale I - Growing Pains, as he is a friend of Fairy Nuff. He will take the symptom list the player is given during the quest, and suggest them speak to Malignius Mortifer.

Talking to him and refusing to leave will result in the player being teleported to the Lumbridge Swamp.

Even if dark wizards in the tower are not attacked prior to speaking to him, he will mention that not only is the player trespassing, they are also "attacking my students!" then he will ask them to "leave immediately!"

It would seem that Zandar is an influential figure among dark wizards, as a dark wizard found on the Piscarilius docks claims to have been sent by Zandar to investigate rumours of a "dark presence" in Great Kourend.
