The corrupted orb is an item used in the Corrupted Gauntlet. It is obtained as a drop from the Corrupted Dragon miniboss. It can be used with the attuned corrupted staff to create a perfected corrupted staff. Players may use a pestle and mortar to crush the orb into 80 corrupted shards. The next kill of the Corrupted Dragon will still provide the 50/50 chance of the corrupted bowstring and corrupted spike.
