Spooky boots are a cosmetic reward originally from the 2019 Halloween event along with the rest of the spooky outfit. If the player does not already own them, they can be obtained from completing a Halloween event. They can be used on the swampy sink outside the toolshed in the Lumbridge Swamp or on the Ectofuntus outside Port Phasmatys to make spookier boots.

The spooky outfit is meant to mimic the bedsheet obtained in the Ghosts Ahoy quest, which players requested be wearable outside Port Phasmatys but cannot due to restricted interaction checks in the game code.

If destroyed, a replacement can be obtained from Diango in Draynor Village or from the toy box of a costume room, as part of the Spooky outfit. Ultimate Ironmen will be unable to retrieve individual pieces until the full set is stored.
