Big book of bangs is a book obtained from Lord Iorwerth and used in the Regicide quest. It is not needed after the quest, but if players want it again, they can reclaim it from a bookcase in a player-owned house or from the Grand Library in Prifddinas after completion of Song of the Elves.
It was written by Mel Achy.

In my travels, I have witnessed many explosive creations. One of particular note, is fire oil. Used in the far east, fire oil has an incredible explosive capability. However, it also sticks to anything it touches.
The following pages detail the required ingredients to create fire oil, along with the process of combining them.
This is a highly caustic compound. It is created by the endothermic reaction of heating limestone. Ensure it is crushed before use. To avoid bodily harm, suitable containers and hand protection should be used.
Also known as yellow crystals. Odorless, insoluble and brittle as a solid. But as gas, quite toxic, preventing respiration. Like quicklime, it should be crushed before use.
A colourless, flammable solvent. One of the more volatile fractions of the fractional distillation of coal tar.
The quicklime, sulphur, naphtha and[sic] can be mixed at any time. A large container, such as a barrel, is recommended for holding them in.
Once combined, exposure to a naked flame will result in an instant reaction so great care must be taken. A fuse of some sort should be used to provide a suitable delay.Changes
