The camouflage outfit is a possible reward from the Drill Demon random event. It consists of the camo helmet, the camo top, and the camo bottoms. The set can be stored in a fancy dress box in a Player-owned house. This outfit isn't associated with the camouflage clothing used in the Hunter skill and gives no stat bonuses.
If players do not have any pieces stored in a bank, in their Player-owned house, or inventory, they will always receive the camo top as the "first" reward.
