Daer Krand is a dark wizard and a former student of Zandar Horfyre. He can be found upstairs in the eastern wing of the Sisterhood Sanctuary, just north of the The Nightmare's arena.

Daer Krand came to the Sanctuary to research the Elixir of Everlasting, a legendary potion that is said to extend the drinker's life indefinitely. However, being more adept in magic than Herblore, he has a difficult time trying to recreate the potion.

During A Night at the Theatre the player seeks him out after finding his dead assistant in the Morytania Spider Cave on their quest to find some strange spider eggs. Daer Krand gives the player a bottle of Sulphuric acid to be able to get to the eggs sealed in the strong web back in the spider lair.

Treasure Trails

Daer Krand is the solution to the hard anagram clue: DARN DRAKE. He will give the player a puzzle box. It is not required to start A Night at the Theatre to speak to him.
