Tis But a Scratch is a Steam achievement task, which requires the player to Visit Death's Domain in order to be completed. Note that this does not require the player to die. Death's Office may be visited through the open graves found in several graveyards, such as the one in the south-west corner of the Lumbridge Graveyard, found just south of the Lumbridge Church.
