Captain Pudi is one of the Spirit Anglers and leads the group's endeavours against Tempoross. She can be found on the docks by the Ruins of Unkah, where she will explain how to fight Tempoross. Speaking to her is not required to begin fighting Tempoross, though other NPCs in the ruins will not speak to you until you have spoken to her first.

She also announces when the ship to Tempoross Cove leaves, and commands one of the ships on Tempoross Cove during the fight with Tempoross.
