The redundant leggings were an unobtainable item that was added to the cache with the 2017 Winter Deadman finals. They originally had the name "Dmm ref legs" and were listed on the Grand Exchange. Presumably they were supposed to be used in the finals.

The item was a copy of the ancestral robe bottom. It was removed from the Grand Exchange after a week.
