Festive gingerbread gnomes were an item obtained from Herquin at Christmas festival after completing the 2021 Christmas event. Eating them healed one hitpoint.

Dropping the gingerbread gnomes resulted in it disappearing, and the chatbox stated "You drop the festive gingerbread gnome to the floor. It's gone."
