Sacks are a pair of sacks containing Sir Percival, they are found inside one of the buildings in Goblin Village. During the Holy Grail quest, the player must free Sir Percival by opening the sacks. Blowing on the Magic gold feather tells the player which direction the sacks are in.
After the completion of the Holy Grail quest the sacks can still be prodded, resulting in a muffled groan and the sacks wiggling slightly, presumably indicating that another person has been captured by the goblins since Sir Percival was freed.
