The empty blaster is obtained during the 2015 Easter Event. It is found in a crate in the northern end of the warren, west of the Easter egg bird. It is used along with several volatile minerals to create the incomplete blaster. This item cannot be deposited into a bank.

Despite having combat options, players cannot attack while wielding the blaster. Attempting to do so results in the message You can't use that thing for real combat.
