The shaman robe is an item that can be found during or after the Watchtower Quest on the ground inside the Ogre Enclave. The robe cannot be worn. It only serves for the purpose of retrieving the cyan crystal if during the quest the player has lost it. The crystal can be found by searching the robe. After doing so, it has no other use and it can be safely dropped.
