Toban is one of the chieftains of an ogre tribe in the Feldip Hills. His tribe lives on an island east of the ogre city.

Toban enjoys chewing on dragon bones and gives players the Relic part 3 in exchange for a set of them. Players also have to recover a bar of gold that Toban stole from his nemesis, Og, during the same quest in order to get another part of the Ogre relic.
