The toy soldier is a wind-up toy made at a Crafting table 3 or 4 in the Workshop of a player-owned house, requiring a clockwork and a regular plank. Level 13 Crafting is needed to assemble the soldier, granting 15 experience. Once wound up, he can be released to walk around the immediate area.
