A Barrows Portal can be built in the portal chamber of a player-owned house. It will teleport players to the Barrows, where the Barrows Teleport spell takes the player to.

Players must first build a portal frame, then use the centrepiece to direct the portal. This requires 83 Magic and completion of Priest in Peril. The cost to direct the portal is 200 soul runes, 100 blood runes, and 200 law runes.

Uses

As this portal takes the player directly to the entrance of the Barrows minigame, it can be very useful for returning after each chest looted, by teleporting back to your POH instead of navigating back to the ladder. It is one of the few portals that players can reasonably expect to actually save runes when making, as on average trying to complete every set on the Collection log or an Ironman will have the player returning to the Barrows around 2000 times, over 20x the amount of teleports needed to break even on making portals.
