Charlie is a zookeeper involved in the Eagles' Peak quest. He starts the quest by asking an adventurer to track down Nickolaus, who went hunting for a new exhibit for the zoo.

After Eagles' Peak is complete, players can use a ferret on Charlie as if to offer him another.
