The Silk merchant is a non-player character in East Ardougne and Great Kourend that buys silk. Selling silk to the East Ardougne Silk merchant for 60 coins is a requirement for the Easy Ardougne Diary. Silk cannot be sold to him by players who recently stole from his stall. The silk merchant will remember thieves for 10 minutes since last stealing from the silk stall, time spent while logged out does not count and will reset the duration. NOTE: these 10 minutes must be spent outside of Ardougne.
The price that each silk is worth can be bargained through the merchant's dialogue. The best price is 60 coins, which is accessed by first offering 120 and then countering the merchant's offer of 50 coins. Other possible sell values are 20, 40, or 50 coins each. After the price is decided, the merchant will buy all silks in the inventory at the same time.
